微孔板-CCD数码成像胶束增敏荧光法检测氟喹诺酮类药物

摘要 氟喹诺酮类药物的标准分析方法是高效液相色谱法,其选择性好、灵敏度高,但是一次只能检测一个样品,不适于大量样品的快速现场检测.基于此,建立了一种微孔板-CCD数码成像胶束增敏荧光法检测氟喹诺酮类药物的新方法.氟喹诺酮类药物恩诺沙星、盐酸环丙沙星、诺氟沙星和氧氟沙星在50~300 ng/mL质量浓度范围内,微孔荧光亮度与质量浓度具有良好的线性关系,这4种药物的检测限分别是10.73,11.07,8.61和4.36 ng/mL.该方法简单、快速,一次可以检测几十个样品,可望实现高通量现场实时筛选检测. A methodology for the screening of fluoroquinolones(FQs) including enrofloxacin(ENR),ciprofloxacin(CIP),norfloxacin(NOR) and ofloxacin(OFL) has been proposed.This method based on the fluorescence of FQs could be sensitized by micellar system and coupling charge-coupled device(CCD) camera imaging.Linear calibration curves of all four fluoroquinolones were obtained over a range of 50~300 ng /mL.The limit of detection(LOD) defined as 3σ of ENR,CIP,NOR and OFL were 10.73,11.07,8.61 and 4.36 ng/mL,respectively.The method has been demonstrated to bear some advantages,such as simplicity,high throughput,low cost,using fewer pollutants on comparison with HPLC.This method would be performed in high throughout,real-time sceening of FQs.
