徐渭《四声猿》为“自吊”之作

徐渭的《四声猿》是其四个杂剧的总称,但关于其题名的意蕴以及题名与四剧的关系问题学界一直争论不休。尽管四个作品创作于不同的时期,具有不同的写作背景,但它们都或隐或显地寓有徐渭不同时期的人生感慨,寄寓着一以贯之的思想内涵。徐渭晚年用"四声猿"来编排、命名四剧,表达的是哀极痛极之情,抒发了无望与绝望的悲哀,寄托了悲恸的"自吊"、"自悼"之意。

Sishengyuanis the main title of Xu Wei＇s four dramas.Focusing on the meaning of this title and the relationship between the title and the dramas it included,there are always debates among the academics.Although these four dramas written in different times and have different writing background,all of them are covered with the author＇s emotion about life,and include the consistent ideological connotation.Xu Wei used ＂Sishengyuan＂ to arrange and name these four dramas.It includes the author＇s feeling of pain,expresses his great sorrow of hopelessness,and exhibits his self commiseration and comfort.
