伙伴网络、资助网络与技术创新绩效——以吸收能力为调节变量

Partnership Networks,Sponsorship Networks,and Technology Inovation Performance——Taking Absorptive Capacity as Moderator

本研究探索中小企业不同外部网络—伙伴网络、资助网络怎样影响企业技术创新绩效。文章基于对广东两个行业的224家中小企业的问卷调查,通过层次回归分析的实证检验,结果表明:(1)企业伙伴网络与资助网络都与企业技术创新绩效有显著正相关关系;(2)吸收能力在伙伴网络与技术创新绩效和资助网络与技术创新绩效之间都起调节作用;(3)企业规模对技术创新绩效有显著正的影响,企业所处产业链较短的不锈钢行业技术创新绩效要求较高,企业成立年限的影响则不显著。

This study explores the role of absorptive capability in the relationships between partnership networks,sponsorship networks and technology innovation performance of small and medium-sized（SMEs） enterprises in China,using empirical data drawn from a field survey of 224 firms operating in two industries in east Guangdong province.Through hierarchical regression analysis,we found that AC affected the strength of the PN-TIP and PN-TIP relationships.Base on the research conclusions and the depth interview survey result,we also give some advices to the development of technology innovation for SMEs in south Guangdong even other regions.Relevant implications are drawn and limitations of the study are discussed accordingly.
