文章分析了生产企业物流外包对企业绩效的影响路径。运用博弈理论,分析物流绩效较高企业和物流绩效较低企业物流外包的决策行为,物流绩效较低的企业更顷向于物流外包,物流绩效较高的企业更顷向于自营物流;但当物流绩效较低的企业选择外包时,物流绩效较高的企业依靠物流的竞争力下降,这时可能选择外包物流,希望获得更低的物流成本。现阶段政府补贴物流企业,通过联动效用可提高物流需求,优化社会物流成本,提高物流整体绩效。

This paper analyzes manufacturing enterprises logistics outsourcing impact on business performance path,and uses game theory to analyse enterprises of higher or lower logistics performance outsourcing decision-making behavior.The enterprises of poor logistics performance just to the choose logistics outsourcing,the enterprises of better logistics performance choose self-employed.When companies of poor logistics performance have chosen outsourcing logistics,in this time companies of high logistics performance may choose to outsourcing to obtain lower logistics costs.At this stage government subsidies to logistics enterprises can increase logistics demand,and optimize the logistics cost and improve the overall performance of the logistics.
