产品制造与翻新混合系统库存决策研究综述

摘要 当产品在其使用寿命终结后返回原来生产系统进行翻新时,传统生产系统变成了混合系统,这时库存决策问题将变得复杂、难于控制。传统生产系统与混合系统最主要区别在于,混合系统有两种供应模式即制造与翻新、两类库存即可翻新品库存和服务性产品库存。为了满足顾客需求,降低生产成本,需要对制造业务与翻新业务进行协调。文章首先给出了混合系统的定义,并对其特点进行剖析,然后对需求确定的混合系统库存决策的相关研究进行评述,最后指出了混合系统库存决策未来的研究方向。 When products are recovered in the original production system at the end of their service life,the traditional production system is transformed into the hybrid system,in which the problem on the inventory decision-making becomes complex and difficult to deal with.The major difference between two systems lies in that the latter has two kinds of supply mode,i e.manufacture and recovery,and two types of inventory,i e.recoverable inventory and serviceable inventory.To cover customers' demand and reduce production cost,it is essential to coordinate manufacture operation with recovery operation.Firstly,the definition on the hybrid system is given,and its characteristics are analyzed,then related research literatures on the inventory decision-making in the hybrid system with the deterministic demand are reviewed from different perspectives,and finally further research directions on the inventory decision-making in the hybrid system are developed.
