螺丝端子拧紧力矩专用扭力传感器的研制

在螺丝端子拧紧力矩测量仪的研制过程中,需研制一套专用高精度传感器。本文重点介绍应变式扭力传感器的设计原理,设计方法及其静态特性。实验证明,所设计的专用传感器能很好地满足设计要求,达到设计指标。

A set of special-purpose high precision sensors is necessary in measuring the moment of tightening a screw. This paper presents sensors principle, design and its static characteristic. It has been proved through the experiment that the quality of the sensors achieves the technical targets and meets the design demands.
