摘要
针对食品机械与设备课程的理论体系,从内因与外因相结合、理论与实践相结合、主体性和差异性相结合、智力因素与非智力因素相结合的创新能力培养规律出发,结合专业课的功能成分,着重从改革前导课程教学、激发学生的兴趣、丰富教学内容、加强与改革实践教学环节、改革课程考核形式等五个方面阐述了《食品机械与设备》教学模式的改革。
In view of the theoretical system of the course Food Machinery and Equipment, this paper explains the reform of teaching mode in the aspects of lead-in teaching, arousing students' interest, enriching teaching contents, strengthening practical teaching and reforming assessment modes. This explanation proceeds from combining internal and external causes, theory and practice, whole and individuals, intellectual and non-intellectual factors with the intention to cultivate students' creative ability.
