城乡统筹背景下图书馆女性馆员职业素质发展的思考

Reflections on the women librarians’ professional development against the urban-rural coordination background

在重庆市城乡统筹建设中,图书馆工作对推进地方文化、经济建设,实现社会和谐十分重要。目前图书馆绝大多数从业人员是女性工作者,在分析了重庆市图书馆从业人员的基本状况和女性馆员职业优势的基础上,提出了图书馆女性馆员职业素质发展的新思路。

A library plays an important role in promoting the construction of local culture and economy and realizing social harmony. At present, most of the librarians are women. On the basis of analyzing the general situation of the librarians of Chongqing Library and the professional superiority of women librarians, this article proposes new thoughts on the women librarians＇ professional development.
