摘要 近年来,各级政府采取有力措施大力发展中等职业教育,但由于诸多因素,中职教师资队伍仍然是当前制约中职教育发展的一个突出环节,中职师资队伍建设更是迫在眉捷。本文以重庆市中职学校旅游类骨干教师市级培训为例,探讨了在培训过程中提炼出的"12345"的中职教师培训模式,即一条培训主线、二段培训时间、"三全"培训管理、四大培训模块和"五结合"培训途径,以期对中职教师培训能有所参考和借鉴。 In recent years, governments at all levels take effeetive measures to develop secondary vocational education. Due to many factors, the teaching staff is still a eonstraint in the development of vocational edueation. And the faeuhy building is extremely urgent. Taking the backbone teachers' training of Chongqing secondary voeational sehools as an example, this paper explores the "One-Two-Three-Four-Five" teachers' training mode refined from the training process, that is one main training line, two-stage training time, three-aspect training management, four-module training course and five-combination training approach. It hopes to offer references for teachers' training of secondary vocational schools.
