摘要
介绍了一种新的齿轮失效数控演示台,阐述了其工作原理及其运行控制程序,并基于给定的失效齿轮形态,描述了不同失效单元对传动效率、频谱特性的影响。研究结果表明,断齿在时域表现为幅值很大的冲击型振动,其间隔频率等于断齿所在轴的转频;电机转速恒定时,随着载荷的增加,4种失效齿轮单元的啮合传动效率都随之增加;载荷恒定时,随着转速的提高,齿轮的啮合传动效率略有下降趋势;齿面均匀磨损钢齿比正常钢齿在啮合频率及其倍频处的振动幅值大。
A new gear failure numerical control demonstration-bed was introduced while its working principle and its control procedures for operation were presented.Based on given failure gear figures,the effects of failure units on transmission efficiency and taking characteristic of the gear were investigated at the same time.The research results showed that the broken tooth of gear induced a large impact vibration in time domain.Its interval frequency equals to shaft rotating frequency.When the motor rotation speed was constant,the transmission efficiency of four kinds of failure gears would increase with load increasing;whereas the meshing transmission efficiency of gear showed a propensity of slight descending with a constant motor rotation load;the vibration amplitudes of meshing frequency and its frequency doubling of the uniform worn surface were larger than those of the normal gear.The research promotes the application of demonstration-bed in engineering teaching.
