摘要
长江渡运关系到沿江百姓安全出行,关系到社会稳定与民生大局,因此保障长江渡运安全意义重大。基于长江干线客渡船风险源分析,建立了客渡船风险评价指标体系,运用层次分析法(analytic hierarchy process,AHP)建立了客渡船风险多指标综合评价模型,该模型将给长江干线有关管理部门的客渡船安全监管提供有效的参考依据。
It is of great significance to guarantee the safe of the ferries carriage on the Yangtze River because of close relationship between the ferries carriage safety and the residents travel,the society steady and the passengers′ life.The risk assessment index system of the ferries on the Yangtze River was established by analysis on risk sources of ferries.And the multi comprehensive assessment model of the ferries risk was also established by using the relative theory of AHP.The model can provide some effective consultations for the related administration departments to make right decisions on the safe supervision over ferries on the Yangtze River.
