Project Financing Structure Optimization under Incomplete Information Conditions

针对项目融资结构决策问题的复杂性,通过建立项目融资优化决策的指标,在偏好信息不完全条件下通过优化单个融资方案的综合评价理想值,得到相应条件下的各融资方案的优化指标权向量,再通过组合得到各指标最佳协调权向量,由此得到融资方案优化决策结果,该方法避免了获取指标偏好信息的困难,实例表明该方法的合理性和可行性。

The optimization decision of large project involves many factors both in macroscopic and microscopic.In view of the complexity of financing structure decision and the problem of incomplete information,by means of setting up the indexes system of financing decision of large project,a financing structure optimization decision method under incomplete information conditions was brought forward.On the condition of incomplete information,this method got the weight vectors of optimized indexes of every financing project under corresponding conditions through the optimization of integrated ideal attribute values to single financing project,and got the optimal harmonized weight vectors which equal to combined weights through combination.It makes the optimization decision method more tally with the actual as it not only avoids the difficulty of acquisition of decision makers′ preference information but also is easy to realize in computers.A case verified the rationality and feasibility of the method.
