摘要
以传统信封机的技术改造为基础,设计了一种以PLC,Profibus-DP总线和变频器为核心的新型电气控制系统。针对传动电机启动和加减速过程中从电机速度滞后以及负载扰动带来的速度不同步问题,介绍了一种基于模糊PID算法的解决方案,通过实时修正变频器的PID参数来提高系统的同步性能。现场调试证明,该方法具有较高的可靠性和实时性,能够满足生产要求。
A new electrical control system with PLC,Profibus-DP bus and converter as the centre was designed based on the technical reconstruction of traditional envelope machines.A solution was introduced based on fuzzy PID in cognizance of the asynchronous problem caused by the speed lag in the process of motor start and acceleration and deceleration as well as load disturbance,it can improve the synchronization performance by modifying the PID parameters of converter real time.Proved by field debugging,this method has better reliability and real time ability,it can satisfy the request of production.
