Mobile Learning initiates the mobile trend of traditional dictionaries. In virtue of the mobility and functions of Smart phones,Smart phone dictionaries become a powerful tool for Mobile Learning. This paper,with particular reference to Mdict,discusses the program functions of the open-library type and the available resources,and then points out the existing problems and the possible solutions.
