摘要
当前高校教师的教育技术能力相对不足,不但影响了教师专业化的发展,同时也影响了教育现代化的进程。如何快速提升高校教师的教育技术能力,是目前急待解决的问题。文章阐述了高校教师教育技术能力培养的内涵、方法与措施,结合暨南大学教师教育技术培训实践,从培训目标和内容的重新设置、培训的模式与评价方式的改革、培训的组织等方面进行探讨,并提出建设性的意见和建议。
Nowadays,being lack of the capacity of college teachers in educational technology,not only affected the professional development of teachers,but also affected the process of educational modernization. How to quickly enhance the capacity of college teachers in educational technology,is currently pressing problems. In this paper,it describes the connotation,methods and measures of the capacity of college teachers' educational technology,combine with Jinan University's teacher education and technical training practice,explore from re-setting the training objectives contents,reforming the training mode evaluation methods and training organization ,etcs. Then put forward constructive comments and suggestions.
