摘要
教师作为课程改革的最终实施者,对课程改革的推动和不断走向深入有着重大的实践意义。教师在课程领导中主体性角色的缺失原因是多方面的,构建和谐的课程领导方式、充分发挥教师主体性、提升教师专业能力和专业知识是教师在课程领导中的应有角色。
As implementers of curriculum reform,teachers are of great practical significance on promoting and deepening curriculum reform.There are many reasons that teachers' principle roles missing in curriculum leadship.To built a harmonious way of curriculum leadship,to make teachers' subjectivity to full paly,to improve teachers' professional capability and knowledge should be the teachers' proper roles in curriculum leadship.
