On the Love of Teachers in Instruction

爱是教育的灵魂和精神,没有爱就没有教育。学校课堂教学活动有序、高效的运行建立在师爱的基础之上。课堂教学中的师爱主要表现为教师对学生的尊重、期望、理解和宽容。在课堂教学中要正确地给予学生师爱,教师必须平等地对待每一位学生,必须防止爱心的泛滥,同时还要在施爱的过程中学会正确运用批评。

The love is the soul and spirit of the education.There is no love,there is no education.The love of teachers is the basement of the orderly and efficient instruction.The mainly representation of teachers＇ love are the respection,the expection,the understanding and toleration for students.However the love of teachers should be shown in right way.The teachers need treat every students equally and avoid the love overflowing,and use comment preciseness in the process of the love showing.
