中小企业是我国经济发展的重要支柱。但在金融危机爆发的当下,中小企业经营出现了困难,生存环境不容乐观。国际金融危机传递的信息表明,过去许多被视为有效的运营发展模式已发挥到了极致,加速中小企业的转型创新势在必行。中小企业若延续以往的运营发展模式,也许能在金融危机中实现自保,但难以适应危机过后新的市场竞争格局。因此,中小企业要赢得竞争,就必须在危机中发展生存能力和创造能力,着力转型创新,否则,就难以逃脱被淘汰的命运。

It＇ s obvious that some effective modes of the past have passed acme and need to be changed.
