基于田口方法的CRT热爆切割设备优化设计研究 被引量:7

摘要 结合田口参数优化设计方法及机械设计原理,对CRT热爆切割设备进行优化设计。在满足一定生产节拍及高生产效率前提下设计设备的工作参数使设备能耗尽可能的低,以满足设备低能耗的设计要求。在利用田口方法得到最佳参数组合的基础上,以最佳参数组合为切割参数值进行CRT玻璃板材热爆过程的有限元分析,确认田口参数最优化设计的有效性。 This study combination Taguchi method and design principle of mechanical demonstrate the optimization cutting equipment design of CRT thermal explosion.Under the promises of production tact and the production efficiency meet certain requirements designing the parameters of the equipment for the purpose of decreasing the energy consumption,and then,meet the design requirements of low energy consumption.Additionally,Confirm the effectiveness of optimal parameter design by finite element anglicizing in the process of thermal explosion with CRT glass plate under the promises of utilizing the optimal parameters as the parameter setting in the cutting process based on the optimal parameter's combination draw from Taguchi method.
