摘要
以高速履带车辆的液力机械变速系统为对象,从动力源方面和行驶负荷方面对强度设计载荷特性进行了分析。经对变速系统原理样机、初样机和正样机的试验研究,确定了强度设计载荷分配原则,提高了液力工况和高档位工况的设计使用比例,指导了液力机械变速系统的结构设计。经跑车试验表明,结构强度设计满足要求,确定的强度设计载荷分配原则对同类型车辆变速系统设计具有指导意义。
Targeted at hydraulic mechanical transmission of tracked vehicle,it studied the load characteristics from the power source and the load on the running,initially set the design load and applied it to the prototype design.According to the experiment data and the problem of prototype stage,it made further analysis of load characteristics and changed some components of hydraulic mechanical system.After the follow-up tests,it showed that the design met the requirements of structural strength.The principle of load distribution made from tests has guiding significance to design.
