摘要
根据地面驱动螺杆泵的工作特点,分析了抽油杆柱的受力情况,抽油杆在承受扭矩的同时承受较大轴向力,给出了计算方法。参考油田现场需要和现有抽油杆系列,提出了根据待选抽油杆进行反向计算的抽油杆柱设计方法,即预设杆径,反向计算受力情况,再按第四强度理论进行校核。根据油田实际需要,编制计算流程图,并给出了计算实例。
According to the trait of using progressing cavity pump rod to pump oil,this research analyses the condition of the stringocephalus of rod that rod does not only support the torque but also support the axial force at the same time,and gives the calculational method.Refer to the needs of the oil field and the sort of rod,it gives a method to design string rod,that is to choose a rod diameter first,then calculate the force.This is a reverse thinking compared with before.At last,you need to output test the force through the fourth intensity theory.According to the needs of the oil field,the flow chart of the calculation has been made up,and a illustration has been given at the end of the research as well.
