供油压力对滑动轴承—转子系统临界转速及振型的影响研究 被引量:2

摘要 研究了供油压力对液体动压径向滑动轴承—转子系统临界转速及振型的影响。运用有限差分法及相应的边界条件,采用最速下降法对Riccati传递矩阵进行根的搜索,计算得出有无供油压力情况下滑动轴承-转子系统的临界转速及振型,并对计算结果进行分析比较。结果表明:供油压力是分析轴承-转子系统临界转速的一个不可忽略的影响因素。 Inlet pressure effects on the critical speed and vibration mode of hydrodynamic lubrication journal bearing-rotor system were investigated theoretically.By means of finite differential methods and appropriate boundary conditions,critical speed and vibration mode of hydrodynamic lubrication journal bearing-rotor system were computed,and numerical results were analyzed and compared.The result show that inlet pressure is very important in the analysis of the critical speed and vibration mode of of hydrodynamic lubrication journal bearing-rotor system.
