摘要
应用ANSYS有限元分析罗茨鼓风机转子系统的动态特性。采用Solidworks建立SSR125H型三转子罗茨鼓风机转子实体模型,导入ANSYS软件进行三维有限元模态分析。研究了支承方式和轴承刚度对转子系统固有频率影响规律,为罗茨鼓风机结构优化与减振降噪设计奠定理论基础。
The dynamic characteristics of the Roots blower rotor are analyzed by use of ANSYS.Three-dimensional solid model of the Roots blower rotor for SSR125H is built using software Solidworks,and the finite element model is established to analyze the vibration modal with software ANSYS.By means of changing the supporting type and bearing stiffness,the influence of bearing stiffness to rotor natural frequency is discussed,and the result can be used for the structural optimization and the vibration control of roots blower.
