摘要
针对不干胶商标间歇式轮转印刷机运动过程复杂,控制精度和印刷效率要求高的特点,研制了一种基于高性能多轴运动控制器的间歇式轮转印刷机控制系统,给出了系统硬件结构,提出了印刷机多轴同步、恒张力和带前馈PID控制的方法以及在软件上的实现。对该系统进行现场调试,其结果表明已达到不干胶印刷的工业控制要求。
For the characteristics of intermittent self-adhesive trademark rotary press,which include the process of sports complex,the control accuracy and printing requirements of high efficiency,introduced a control system of intermittent-rotary press based on high-performance multi-axis motion controller,give the system hardware structure,proposed printing multi-axis synchronization,constant tension and with feedforward PID control method,as well as on the implementation in the software.Conduct on-site commissioning of the system,the results show that it has reached industrial control requirements of the self-adhesive trademark printing.
