摘要
采用有限元和试验的方法,对TX6916落地镗铣床方滑枕进行了动态特性分析。采用有限元分析软件ANSYS对方滑枕进行模态分析,在三维实体模型的基础上建立了模态分析的有限元模型,研究了方滑枕的无阻尼自由振动,求解得出前五阶固有振动频率和相应的主振型。通过试验测试数据和有限元计算结果对比分析,验证了有限元模型的合理性,并对误差原因进行讨论,为该型镗铣床的进一步动力学研究及其优化设计提供了重要依据。
It uses the finite element method and experiments in square ram of TX6916 CNC milling machine to carry out the analysis of dynamic characteristics.It uses FEA software ANSYS to do the modal analysis on square ram which establish a finite element model of modal analysis based on the three-dimensional solid model,then studies the undam ped free vibration.The ten step natural frequencies and its corresponding vibration modes are obtained.Comparing test data and the results of finite element analysis,the result verify the reasonableness of finite element model.Then it discusses the reasons for the error and provides the important basis for dynamic design and optimal design of the milling machine.
