摘要
设计一种独立磁头可控式永磁缓速器,分析这种永磁缓速器的工作原理。采用ANSOFT软件对独立磁头的磁路磁场进行分析,得到磁头结构尺寸与磁头对转子磁吸力的关系,并仿真优化各个参数,得到磁铁厚度、过渡磁轭厚度、磁轭间隙以及外壳磁轭厚度等参数与吸力之间的关系曲线。
A novel independent magnetic head equipment for permanent magnet retarder is designed,and its working principle is analyzed.The relationship of structural dimensions,such as permanent magnet length,yoke gap,air gap,ring yoke thickness and magnetic attraction force is analyzed with electromagnetic field finite element analysis software.
