左旋精氨酸对心肺复苏后大鼠血MDA、SOD及NO的影响 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨左旋精氨酸(L-arg)对心脏骤停大鼠心肺复苏后血丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)及一氧化氮(NO)的影响。方法将36只SD大鼠随机分为正常对照组、模型组和灌喂精氨酸组,每组各12只。制备大鼠心脏骤停模型,在自主循环恢复30min后测定MDA、SOD及NO。结果模型组MDA含量高于正常对照组(P<0.01),SOD及NO含量明显低于正常对照组(P<0.01);L-arg组MDA含量明显低于模型组(P<0.01),SOD及NO活性明显高于模型组(P<0.01)。结论左旋精氨酸可以减轻心肺复苏后血中MDA的生成,增加SOD的活性,其机制可能与血清NO含量增加有关。
