抑郁症的神经营养假说新进展 被引量：5

摘要 抑郁症是一类严重影响人类健康的精神疾病,本病的发病机制以及抗抑郁治疗的机制还未完全清楚,神经营养假说是其主要假说之一。本文围绕抑郁症的神经营养假说研究进展进行综述,重点讲述:①脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)促进/抑制神经元生长的机制及其与抑郁症的关系;②组织型纤溶酶原激活物(t-PA)和纤溶酶原激活物抑制剂-1(PAI-1)对BDNF促进或抑制神经元生长作用的调节功能及此功能与抑郁症的关系。
