Effect of bilateral salpingectomy on ovarian function

目的 研究双侧输卵管切除术对卵巢功能的影响.方法 选择行体外受精＋胚胎移植的患者,其中既往行双侧输卵管切除术患者86例为研究组,以同期的95例无输卵管手术史者作为对照组.比较两组患者基础内分泌值、超促排卵周期中的获卵情况、促性腺激素用量.结果 两组患者各项基础内分泌值无统计学差异（均P〉0.05）;研究组的促性腺激素用药量（38.4±9.5）、用药天数（12.9±3.7）多于对照组（用药量28.4±6.7,用药天数9.5±3.1）,u分别为8.11和6.66,P〈0.05;研究组获卵数（7.5±3.4）少于对照组（13.2±4.9）,u=9.16,P〈0.05.结论 双侧输卵管切除术在一定时间内不引起患者基础内分泌的改变,但会降低双侧卵巢的反应性.

Objective To investigate effect of bilateral salpingectomy on ovarian function. Methods 86 infertile patients with bilateral salpingectomy（ study group）and 95 infertile patients without history of tubal surgery （control group） received in vito fertilization-embryo transfer（IVF-ET）. The serum levels of FSH, LH, E2 at baseline, ovarian response to superovulation（ number of oocytes retrieved）, dosage of gonadotropin （ Gn）, days of Gn administration and fertilization rates between the two groups were compared. Results There were no significant differences in baseline endocrine hormone levels between the two groups （ all P 〉 0. 05 ）. The dosage and days of Gn administration in the bilateral salpingectomy group were higher and longer than those in the control group （ both P 〈0. 05 ）, while the number of oocytes retrieved in the study group was less than that in the control group（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Bilateral salpingectomy has no obvious effect on baseline endocrine hormones in some period of time, but it decreases the ovarian response.
