用整肤疗法治疗妇女晚期大骨节病患者效果研究

A clinical observation of therapeutic effect of skin trimming for advanced Kaschin-Beck disease of women

目的 探索整肤疗法治疗妇女晚期大骨节病患者的疗效.方法 对整肤治疗组27例及电按摩组（对照组）25例进行对比研究.结果 整肤治疗组疗效优良者为21例（77.78%）,电按摩组疗效优良者为12例（48.00%）,整肤治疗组的优良率显著高于电按摩组（χ^2=4.964, P〈0.05）.结论 整肤疗法治疗妇女晚期大骨节病患者是效果良好的自然疗法,方便、有效、作用持久且经济安全,应大力推广应用.

Objective To observe theraputic effect of skin trimming for advanced Kaschin-Beck disease （KBD） of women. Methods 52 women with Kaschin-Beck disease were divided into skin trimming treatment group（ n = 27） and control group （n = 25 ）. The patients in the skin trimming treatment group received skin trimming treatment and those in the control group received body surface electric massage. The therapeutic effect between the two groups were observed and compared. Results 21 patients were effective in the skin trimming treatment group and the effective rate was 77.78%, and 12 patients in the control group were effective and the effective rate was 48.00%, there was a significant difference between the two groups （X^2 = 4. 964, P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The therapeutic effect of skin trimming therapy for advanced Kaschin-Beck disease of women is significant. It is a natural, convenient, effect-persistent, economic and safe method, so it is worthy to be popularized in clinic.
