摘要
甲状腺激素有促进物质和能量代谢及促进组织分化、生长和发育的作用.而在人类胚胎期,甲状腺激素对胎儿脑的发育也是至关重要的,孕期甲状腺素的缺乏会造成后代神经发育受损.早期对宫内甲状腺激素水平的检测以及对胎儿甲状腺激素发育和变化的研究主要依赖于流产、早产胎儿.随着医疗技术的进步和发展,使了解和掌握胎儿在宫内甲状腺激素的发育水平和评价胎儿的发育状况成为可能.该文针对胎儿甲状腺激素的发育、变化和妊娠期母体甲状腺分泌对胎儿的影响等方面进行了综述.
Thyroid hormones promote not only material and energy metabolisms, but also differentiation of the body tissues, growth and development. In fetal period of mankind, thyroid hormones are most important for development of fetal brain, maternal deficiency during pregnancy in thyroid hormones can cause neural development delay of the off-springs. Early detection of thyroid hormone level in the uterus and evaluation of fetal thyroid development mainly depend on abortus and premature infant. Along with progress and development in medical technology, understanding and monitoring fetal thyroid development and evaluating general development of the fetus in the uterus become possible. The paper reviewed fetal thyroid development and chang trend in fetal thyroid hormones, impacts of maternal thyroid hormone level on the fetus.
