早期诊断窒息新生儿肾损害的研究进展 被引量:6

摘要 新生儿窒息会导致多器官功能的损害,尤其以肾功能损害率最高.该文就早期诊断窒息新生儿肾损害检测指标的相关信息,如在尿常规、尿素氮、肌酐、内生肌酐清除率测定、N-乙酰β-D氨基葡萄糖苷酶、白蛋白、β2-微球蛋白、表皮生长因子、半胱氨酸蛋白酶抑制剂C、内皮素-1,肿瘤坏死因子-α及脉冲多普勒超声观察肾动脉血流变化等检测中寻求早期诊断肾损害的特异性及敏感性指标进行了综述. Neonatal asphyxia could cause multiple organ dysfunctional syndrome (MODS) of the neoborn, of which, incidence of impairment of renal function is the highest. This article reviewed detection indexes in laboratory and clinic such as routine urine test, blood urea nitrogen ( BUN ) , creatinine (Cr) , creatinine clearance rate (Ccr) , N-acetyl-β-d-glucosaminidase ( NAG ) , albumin ( Alb ) , β2- microglobulin (β2-MG), epithelial growth factor (EGF), cystatin C (Cys-C), endothelin-1 (ET-1), tumor necrosis factor-or (TNF-α) and renal blood flow velocity by pulse Doppler uhrasonography, and searched for those specific and sensitive ones in early diagnosis of impairment of renal function of asphyxiated newborns.
