摘要羊水栓塞（amniotic fluid embolism，AFE）指分娩过程中羊水及其有形成分（胎儿的角化上皮、毳毛、胎脂、胎粪和粘液等）进入母体血循环引起的急性肺栓塞、休克、弥散性血管内凝血（DIC）、肾功能衰竭或突发死亡的分娩严重并发症。
