多层次灰色评价法在城市防洪工程后评价中的应用

Application of multi-level grey evaluation method in post evaluation of urban flood control projects

针对城市防洪工程后评价中评价指标较多,且多为定性指标的现状,提出将多层次灰色评价法应用于城市防洪工程后评价中。运用层次分析法原理建立了城市防洪工程后评价指标体系,在专家评分的基础上,应用灰色评价原理,采用白化权函数,将一系列分散信息定量化处理,通过单值化处理对各指标做出评价,在此基础上最终得出综合评价结果。

With regard to many qualitative indices for the post evaluation of urban flood control projects,the multi-level grey evaluation method was proposed to perform the post evaluation of the urban flood control projects.The post evaluation index system for the urban flood control projects was established by use of the analytic hierarchy process.Based on the experts' grades,the whiten weight function was adopted to quantitatively handle series of disperse information.Each index was evaluated through quantitative processing of its single value.On such a basis,the comprehensive results of whole post evaluation were proposed.
