摘要
商业银行开展物流金融业务能够带来收益,但同时也面临着来自物流和融资企业的信用风险。通过建立风险模型可知,应通过充分发挥物流中介企业作用,构建高效风险管理体制,达成惩罚性合约等方式进行风险规避。
Financial services for logistics bring commercial banks not only benefits but also credit risks from logistics and finance companies.Risks can be shunned by establishing risk model,giving full play to the logistics intermediation,constructing the risk management system,reaching disciplinary contract etc.
