摘要
目的:了解医学生情绪智力现状,填补医学生情绪智力状况量化研究的空白,为制定针对医学生的情绪智力培养方案提供更为科学客观的依据。方法:使用大学生情绪智力问卷和自编一般状况调查问卷对340名医学生进行调查,并对其结果进行统计分析。结果:医学生的情绪智力水平呈正向发展趋势,与大学生总体无显著差异,但在各情绪智力子维度上与大学生总体部分有差异。医学生情绪智力与性别、年级、是否独生子女、是否班干部等因素有关。结论:医学生情绪智力现状有其自身的特点,有必要通过进一步的培养提升其情绪智力水平。
Objective: There are few quantitative researches focusing on medical school students Emotional Intelligence (EI). The current research aims to understand medical school students' El and accumulate more objective scientific evidences for creating training programs about medical school students' El. Method: 340 medical students were investigated by the College Students Emotiona ntelligence Questionnaire and self-compiled general condition questionnaire. The data were analyzed with statistical method. Results: Medical school students' El showed a positive developmenta trend, which was not significantly different from college students in general. However, they were different from general college students in various sub-dimensions of El. Their El varied by gender grade, whether she/he is the only child in family, and she/he is class leader.
