商洛烟草公司绩效管理研究

Performance management study of Shangluo Tobacco Company

绩效管理作为人力资源管理的核心,对企业核心竞争力的推进、企业战略目标的实现以及企业经营业绩的提高起着非常重要的作用。以绩效管理理论为依托,以商洛烟草公司绩效管理体系为研究对象,展开对该公司绩效管理方案的对策研究。首先对商洛市烟草公司绩效管理体系进行问题调查,接着从多个方面进行原因分析,最后建立绩效管理实施对策层次结构模型,通过MATLAB6.5软件采用层次分析法(AHP)计算各项对策权重,为公司绩效管理决策提供依据。

As the core of human resources management,performance management is very important to promote the core competitiveness of enterprises,to realize the strategic targets and to raise benefits.Based on the theory of performance management,this paper researches the performance management system of Shangluo Tobacco Company,and designs the performance management scheme.Firstly,this article analyzes the problem of performance management system of Shangluo Tobacco Company,and accounts for what lead to them,then redesigns the performance management system.Finally,the paper creates hierarchical structure model of implementation methods,and calculates the countermeasures＇ weight using Matlab 6.5 to support the decision-making of the company.
