摘要
研究了SiO2-MgO-CaO-BaO-TiO2-WO3烧结助剂作用下Nb2O5对氧化铝陶瓷性能和显微结构的影响(烧结温度1350℃),并用扫描电子显微镜观察了不同Nb2O5含量的氧化铝陶瓷的显微结构。结果发现:未加入Nb2O5时氧化铝的抗弯强度为365MPa,加入质量分数为0.4%或0.6%的Nb2O5后氧化铝陶瓷中晶粒出现异向生长,抗弯强度明显提高,超过400MPa。
Effect of Nb2O5 content on the property and microstructure of alumina ceramics with SiO2-MgO-CaO- BaO-TiO2-WO3 sintering aid at 1 350℃ was investigated, the microstructures of alumina ceramics of different Nb2O5 contents were observed by SEM. The results indicate that the bending strength of alumina ceramic is 365 MPa when Nb2O5 is not doped. The anisotropic grain growth is oberved and bending strength is 400 MPa above when Nb2O5 mass fraction is 0.4% or 0.6%, ceramic bending strength is greatly enhanced.
