摘要
"教师领导"是美国教育改革的一个重要方面。探讨美国教师领导者的情况、教师领导活动的主要内容和运作方式等,可以得出其对我国教师专业发展的一些启示。
Teacher leadership is one of the most important parts of the educational reform in the US. This paper gives a brief overview about it firstly, then it inquires about teacher leader, what teacher leader leads to do and the way to do it. We get some implications at the end of the paper to improve our teacher professional development activities.
