摘要
高中选修课程对教师的专业发展提出了一系列的挑战。参与意识的激发,工作惯性的改变,知识结构的优化以及时间资源的合理利用,都将成为影响教师参与选修课程的关键因素。
The optional courses in high middle school effectively offer a series of challenges for the teachers. A variety of factors influence the effect of teachers' participation. For example: the stimulation of the sense of participation, the change of the teacher' s working habit, the optimization of knowledge structures and the proper employment of time.
