The conceptual continuity and transcendence of "technical original" over " technical object"——the impact of technological use on technological existence in hermeneutic vision

技术人造物及其存在方式和使用蕴涵着大量关于技术知识的哲学问题。"技术物体"是西蒙栋用以揭示技术本质的重要概念,其内涵不仅弱化技术使用对于技术物体进化乃至技术存在方式的作用,而且把技术从使用者的主体意向性、社会文化环境等因素的关系中剥离出来,遮蔽了技术物体的伦理价值和意会知识的根本作用。"技术正本"概念超越了"技术物体"并修正了用技术物体概念研究技术知识及其进化路径的缺陷与不足:把技术的使用、使用主体的"前理解"、社会文化等因素置入对技术的理解之中并凸显技术的进化生成、共享消费和伦理价值等技术本体论承诺的三种基本存在方式。

Technical artifact and its existence and use involve many philosophical problems of technical knowledge.'Technical object' is an important concept which Simondon uses to reveal the nature of technology.This concept not only overlooks the role of technical use in the evolution and existence modes of 'technical object',but also separates technology from users' intention and their social and cultural environment,obscuring the ethical values of technical objects and the role of tacit knowledge.The concept of 'technical original' goes beyond the 'technical object',overcoming its defects and shortcomings in researching technical knowledge and in its evolution.This new concept involves the use of technology,users' 'pre-understanding' and cultural factors in the understanding of technology,manifesting three basic ways of technical existence: the technical evolution,shared consumption and ethical values.
