The Problems in the Development of Scientific and Technological Innovation-oriented Economy of Yangzhou and Their Solutions

发展科技创新型经济是扬州落实科学发展观,实现可持续发展的重要战略,扬州科技创新型经济的发展初见成效,但与省内外周边地区相比,还存在科技投入不足、创新活力不强等问题。要从重视教育与研发投资、利用外资经济的技术外溢等方面加以推进。

Developing scientific and technological innovation-oriented economy is an important strategy for Yangzhou to follow a scientific approach of development and obtain sustainable development.The development of scientific and technological innovation-oriented economy of Yangzhou has achieved initial success,but compared with surrounding areas inside and outside our province,there still exist such problems as the insufficient investment in science and technology,lack of innovative vitality,etc.The authors argue that great importance should be attached to investment in education and R D and utilization of foreign capital,thus setting up the RD system and technical service platform to promote the development.
