Vit C、Vit E对造血干细胞移植患者血浆谷胱甘肽抗氧化体系的影响

摘要 目的探讨VitC、VitE对造血干细胞移植(HSCT)患者血浆谷胱甘肽(GSH)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)的影响。方法 60例造血干细胞移植患者均分为两组,实验组移植前给予VitC(300mg/d)和VitE(600mg/d)口服;对照组不予补充。测定移植前后两组血浆GSH、GSH-Px以及丙二醛(MDA)。结果移植前两组GSH显著高于正常值(P<0.01),GSH-Px低于正常值(P<0.05)。移植后两组GSH、GSH-Px及MDA均有差异(P<0.05和P<0.01)。结论移植前补充抗氧化性维生素可以增强患者血浆GSH-Px活力,降低GSH,减少MDA,有效缓解移植前预处理造成的高氧化胁迫。 Objective To study the effects of supplying Vit C and Vit E on glutathione redox-state in the patients undergoing hemopoietic stem cell transplantation(HSCT).Methods Sixty patients were randomly divided into 2 groups with 30 cases each.The test group was given oral Vit C(300 mg/d) and Vit E(600 mg/d) before HSCT.Control group was given nothing.Plasma glutathione(GSH),glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px) and malondialdehyde(MDA) were detected before and after HSCT.Results The concentration of GSH was significantly higher and GSH-Px was significantly lower than normal values before HSCT in both groups.After HSCT,plasma concentrations of GSH,GSH-Px and MDA were significantly different between two groups(P〈0.05 or P〈0.01).Conclusion GSH-Px activity may be improved,GSH and MDA levels may be decreased by supplying antioxidant vitamins before HSCT with reduced high peroxidation stress in patients undergoing HSCT.
