摘要
目的探讨急性脑梗死与血清中同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)以及超敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)的关系。方法对住院治疗的急性脑梗死患者60例,其中30例为腔隙性脑梗死(A组,梗死灶直径≤15mm),另30例为非腔隙性脑梗死(B组,梗死灶直径>20mm),于入院次日清晨抽血检测其Hcy、hs-CRP的含量。比较不同梗死面积的急性脑梗死患者上述指标表达水平的差异。结果脑梗死患者的Hcy、hs-CRP的表达水平明显升高。A组患者血清Hcy、hs-CRP水平亦明显低于B组[(18.6±5.7)μmol/Lvs.(23.5±6.5)μmol/L、(4.2±1.3)mg/Lvs.(5.7±1.8)mg/L](P<0.05)。结论急性脑梗死患者病情的严重程度与患者血清内Hcy、hs-CRP的浓度有一定的关系。
Objective To investigate the association of serum homocysteine(Hcy) and C-reactive protein(hs-CRP) concentration and the of patients with different types of acute cerebral infarction.Methods Of sixty patients,30 cases had acute lacunar cerebral infarction(group A) and 30 cases had acute non-lacunar infarction(group B).Blood samples were taken in the next morning after admision and serum contents of Hcy and hs-CRP were detected.The differences of Hcy and hs-CRP were compared between two groups.Results Serum concentrations of Hcy and Hs-CRP were significantly lower in group A than those in group B/[(18.6±5.7) mol/L vs.(23.5±6.5) mol/L and (4.2±1.3) mg/L vs.(5.7±1.8) mg/L/](P〈0.05).Conclusion The serum cocentrations of Hcy and hs-CRP are related to the severity of disease in patients with acute cerebial infarction.
