体内外射频热凝毁损灶体积的相关性分析 被引量:1

In vivo-in vitro correlation for volume of radiofrequency ablation

摘要 目的用MRI及病理检测方法 ,观察体内外射频毁损灶体积的差异性,建立射频毁损灶体积与毁损时间、温度的回归方程和三维模型。方法利用正常大鼠和新鲜蛋清分别建立体内外不同毁损时间、温度下的毁损灶体积模型,体外模型用游标卡尺测量毁损灶的最大直径、高,体内模型通过病理检测及MRI确定毁损灶最大直径、高,经公式转换成体积。结果相同毁损条件下,体内外获得的毁损灶体积存在显著性差异(P<0.05),体内外射频毁损灶体积均随时间温度变化出现规律性变化。结论体内外环境因素对毁损体积有不可忽略的影响;利用回归方程可对预定毁损体积选择合适的温度和时间,对临床有一定的指导意义。 Objective To observe the differences of radiofrequency ablation(RF) lesion volume between the in vivo and the in vitro and to establish the regression equation among the RF lesion volume,the lesion time and the lesion temperature,and the three-dimensional model.Methods Both in vivo and in vitro volume models of RF lesion with different lesion time and temperature were established (fresh albumen in vitro,adult rats in vivo),vernier caliper was used in this study to aid in the survey of height and maximum lesion diameter of fresh albumen in vitro.The height and maximum lesion diameter of adult rats in vivo were detected by pathology testing and MRI,which were converted to the volume with the formula.Results Under the same lesion conditions,there was a significant difference between the volume of in vitro and that in vivo(P0.05).RF lesion volumes of in vivo and in vitro were alerted regularly as the lesion time and lesion temperature changed.Conclusion The environmental factors play a significant role in effecting the difference of the lesion volume between the in vivo and the in vitro.Selection of suitable lesion time and lesion temperature using the regression equations may guide clinician to achieve a predicted RF lesion volume.
