摘要
采用PCR—RFLP方法检测上海地区200例多囊卵巢综合征（PCOS）患者及150例非PCOS对照者的PPARγ2基因C1431T多态性。用ELISA方法测定血清脂联素及瘦素水平。结果提示该多态性与PCOS患者血清脂联素、瘦素水平及噻唑烷二酮药物疗效有关（P〈0．05或P〈0．01）。
PPAR-γ2 gene C1431T polymorphism was assayed by PCR-RFLP in 200 polyeystic ovary syndrome（PCOS） patients and 150 normal subjects. Serum adiponectin and leptin levels were determined by ELISA method. Polymorphism of the site might be associated with serum leptin and adiponectin concentrations and thiazolidinedione treatment in women with PCOS （ P〈0.05 or P〈0.01 ）.
