胰岛素过敏致2型糖尿病患者肾功能恶化一例
Immediate-type allergy against insulin associated with the deterioration of renal function in one case of type 2 diabetes mellitus
摘要
患者女性，86岁，因“发现血糖升高17年，眼睑浮肿2个月”于2009年6月22日入院。患者17年前体检发现空腹血糖增高，大于7．0mmol／L（具体数值不详），之后于无锡市第一人民医院行口服葡萄糖耐量试验明确诊断为“2型糖尿病”，仅予饮食控制，未予降糖药物治疗，1年前因血糖高开始自行口服“阿卡波糖50mg tid”，平时未监测血糖。
