The Design and Realization of LLC Series-parallel Resonant Converter

摘要 LLC型串并联谐振变换器具有较高的转换效率,根据电路直流增益特性、谐振部分阻抗特性及软开关实现条件,分析推导了主要参数设计方法。最后,结合ST公司推出的L6599集成芯片的特点给出外围控制电路设计,设计完成样机,测试结果和实验数据证明了设计的可行性。 LLC Series-parallel resonant converter operates more efficiently. In this paper, some main design considerations have been improved, according to the DC voltage gain, the input impedance magnitude of the resonant tank, and the qualification of achieving zero-voltage-switching or zero-current-switching. Finally, a half-bridge LLC resonant converter prototype was built up based on L6599, completing pin settings. And the experimental results verified the design.
