摘要
线路分布电感在高频电路中会引起功率元件电流分布不均的现象,元器件在过流情况下将发热严重,降低使用寿命,特别是薄膜电容器,在温度过高的情况下,会造成热击穿。电容器为高频设备的核心元件之一,必须尽可能降低线路的分布电感,避免因电流分布不均而损坏设备元器件。本文以高频感应加热设备为例,分析线路分布电感在高频电路中的影响及提出改善方案。
The line distributed inductance in the high-frequen cy circuits will cause uneven current distribution. Under the over-current its lifetime shorter, especially for the metalized fihn capacitors. In the case one of the core components of the high-frequency device, so we need to components can avoid to be damaged by the uneven current distribution. example, analysing the effects of distribution line inductance in the high-frequency circuits and make improvement.
