摘要 无论在有源还是无源相控阵雷达中,微波在传输路径上,以及通过移相器和衰减器的量化控制过程中都存在一定的幅度和相位的误差。大部分误差可以通过多次迭代配相配幅的方法得到消除,但由于温度变化、移相器的线性误差和量化精度等带来的误差无法在配相和配幅中解决,该误差对波束指向精度、旁瓣、波束赋形等相控阵的关键指标存在较大影响。因此对机载相控阵雷达研究中获得的扫描和控制数据进行分析,找出误差来源并提出了有效的解决方法。 Some amplitude and phase errors present while microwave is in its transmission path or during quantization control with phase shifters and attenuators both in active and passive phased-array radars. Most of the errors can be eliminated by multiple iterations of phase and amplitude matching. However, the errors due to temperature change, linear error, and quantization accuracy of phase shifters can't be solved through phase and amplitude matching and have much effects on some important parameters such as beam steering accuracy, sidelobe, and beam shaping. Hence, the scanning and control data obtained in airborne phased-array radar development are analyzed, the error sources are pointed out, and an effective solving scheme is given in the paper.
